Friday, August 13, 2010. The last couple of weeks have been some of the busiest of my life. I have much to share with you but for right now I just had to show you all our latest video, representing the culmination of our project here in Iraqi Kurdistan.

When an Italian family emigrated from Italy in 1929, fresh ingredients and traditional slow cooking were naturally all they knew. Over 85 years later, our philosophy is to cook as they would. Fresh, slow kettle-cooked, and in small batches for delicious simplicity because tradition gives way to authentic flavor.
